Mayer Tooling is equipped with a toolroom to build, maintain and repair customer tooling. Our quality control room uses modern measuring equipment to inspect our customers’ parts.
From the beginning Mayer Tooling has supplied quality metal stampings with value added features such as staking and in-die tapping as well as secondary operations such as robotic mig welding and resistance welding. We can also offer outside services such as heat treating and coating or plating to deliver a completed part.
Our state-of-the-art 25,000 sq ft facility in beautiful Hockley Valley houses a quality control room which uses measuring equipment such as optical comparators and a CNC-controlled CMM to assure quality and accuracy.
